Returns & Exchanges
At Kompass Apparel, we want you to have the best experience possible. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange it for another item or refund within 30 days of original purchase. After 30 days, we cannot offer a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in.
In order to receive a refund, item(s) must be sent back with original order slip.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will inspect the quality of the item to ensure full refund or exchange.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only full priced items may be returned. No sale items will be accepted.
All items purchased at a discount are FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will be waived for items that are being exchanged.
